Items must be in the same condition you received them. Candles must be unburned and unlit.
If the product is damaged, you received the wrong order or you're missing an item please let us know within 7 days so we can address the situation. The items will be shipped free of charge if due to our error.
Unfortunately we can not replace any items because you didn't like the scent, size or color.
